I finally set up my 110 gallon - after many weeks of planning and collecting stuff - used aquarium, aquarium stand, AquaClear 110 gallon and AquaClear 50 gallon filters, new bubble wand, moss balls, and of course, my 9 goldfish, 2 plecos and 5 apple snails. Yay!

This is Sunshine's aquarium. I got him one month ago, he was about 2 1/4 inches long. Now my Oscar is about 3 1/2 inches long. This is his 55 gallon aquarium. He shares it with a common Pleco. The Pleco is 5 inches long. I made sure to get a Pleco bigger than my Oscar so that my Oscar would not attempt to attack it. For filtration I use a 70 AquaClear power filter, it seems to do a good enough job. I do partial water changes (10-15%) every week. The heater I use is a Eheim Jager 150W. I keep the temperature of the water at 26 degrees Celsius (79 Fahrenheit). I am currently feeding him Nutrafin Basix Cichlid Pellets (by Hagen). I use a Fusion 700 air pump which is attached to a 12 inch air stone wall and a small air stone in the tree, pumping a lot of oxygen into the water! I have no idea what type of Oscar he is. The pet shop (Aquanimo) says he is an Albino Tiger Oscar, but I don't think so since he is not white, but orange and has black on his fins. If anyone knows what type of Oscar he is, please tell me. I got all my equipment from Animaleria Bedford (450-248-0755)! They are the most friendly and honest people you will ever meet. And they are very well educated in animal care. They have many products that other pet shops do not and have some rare fish! Anyway, enjoy! :)

This is update 3 of my 20g nano reef aquarium. I set it up today and figured id show it to you. Uhhh we took about 8 gallons of water from my 75g and made the rest and took sand from my 75g so its partially cycled. it'll proly be 2 weeks after i add rock before i start adding the stuff i really want, if my levels are right then it will be sooner.
